I'm so proud, I just had to share this pic of my LAEP students at Claremont Project in Angel. I've been teaching them chair-based yoga in Spanish for almost a year now and look how they've progressed - Virabhadrasana I without a chair. They do a mean Utkatasana too!
This was earlier today and the last lesson of the year. I hope the group can find new funding for the project cos I'd love to be part of their yoga journey a little longer. And to improve my appalling Spanish tambien!
